The house San Nicolas, a fantastic property with a unique location next to the Alhambra of Granada, one of the most important and visited monuments in Spain.The property, which has capacity for 10 people, is distributed over two floors and garage, and is composed of living room, kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, front garden and back garden with pool.Upon entering you will find a cozy and comfortable space with quality sofa and TV from which you can access the back garden. A fabulous space with a porch, outdoor furniture, a beautiful swimmingpool (open from May 1st to September 30th), and views of the old Nasrid wall, which is also part of the garden.On the ground floor there is also the kitchen, with everything necessary to enjoy your stay, and a room with bathroom. From the living room we access by stairs to the upper floor, where we find four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony and views of the Alhambra. The pool season begins on the 1st May and it ends on the 15th October.A truly unique privilege in the city that Genteel Home puts at your fingertips.
