The villa is hidden away but still within a short 10 minute drive to the old town of Pollensa, with its excellent selection of restaurants & weekly Sunday market, renowned for its fresh local produce. And, for golf enthusiasts, the 9 hole Pollensa golf course is only a 5 minute drive away. All on one level, the property is extremely well furnished and well equipped and has a lovely covered porch at the front of the house with a long wooden Mallorcan table making it a perfect place for meals outdoors. If you like cooking in the open air, there is also a large separate covered barbecue area. The gardens are well tended, full of colour with bougainvillaea, almond and olive trees. There is even a table tennis table for children and adults to enjoy alike!
