It is a very quiet urbanization, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pool overlooking the countryside and a short distance from the beach (Arenal de Son Saura), which is 3 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot.
It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and the other, ensuite, with a shower), a living You can access both the beach and some restaurants and the shopping area on foot (only open in summer, the rest of the year you would have to travel by car to one of the nearby towns). room with a smart TV that can move to a room if needed. and a DVD player, with lots of movies, a small but fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nespresso and esperso coffee machines, kitchenware, etc). The third bedroom has two single beds, one 90cm and the other 80cm, which can be converted into a double bed.
