Finca Vela is set on a terraced plot on the outskirts of S'Horta, which is a small, typical Mallorcan village between Cala d'Or and Porto Colom. Shopping facilities cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. Both Porto Colom and Calonge offer a number of fine dining restaurants. Calonge is just one kilometer away and Porto Colom, which is famous for the idyllic fishing harbour is approx. 6 km away. Cala d'Or is about 6 km drive and offers a variety of spare time activities, sports facilities, boutiques, bars and restaurants. The popular Vall d'Or golf course is only 3 km away. The beaches of Porto Colom and Cala d'Or are in a few minutes driving distance, the more secluded beach of the natural resort Cala Mondragó can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car.
The house is located in the hills above the road to Porto Colom. The road is within earshot and can be seen from the house.

Ground floor: Large dining-/living room with open fireplace and access to the terrace with seaviews. Fully equipped kitchen and access to the BBQ area. One twin bedroom with shower bath en-suite.
First floor: Two double bedrooms with bathroom en-suite (shower/tub). Both bedrooms have access to a large terrace with seaviews.
Finca Vela offers a large private pool with sun terraces. There is an ample porch with dining table. BBQ and portable grill are available, as are sun loungers. Parking facilities behind the house.
Families with children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
The owner will not accept groups with adults younger than 30.
