The large country house finca "La Murera 12" with private pool is situated on a plot of 15.000 sqm of which about 1.500 sqm are fenced. The holiday home finca can accommodate up to 12 people and is located between "Can Picafort" and "Muro". The living space is about 310 sqm on two levels. Free WLAN Internet (Wifi) is also available in the Finca.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and air conditioning. It offers an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. Of course you also have the usual small kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle and coffee machine as well as all the necessary cooking utensils you need for self-catering. A washing machine and an ironing set are also available for you in the holiday finca.
The cosy living room on the lower living level is also equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Also a shower room and a double bedroom with access to the terrace are on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find five double bedrooms. One with a double bed, own balcony and bathroom en suite, another bedroom with a double bed and own balcony, two with single beds as twin rooms and the fifth bedroom then again with a double bed. There is also another bathroom on this floor. On the upper floor the air conditioners are installed in the corridor to the bedrooms.
In the landscaped outdoor area you have a private pool of 9.00 x 5.50 meters with a depth of 1.25-2.40 meters, also with a well-kept garden and a sun terrace with awning for relaxing. There is also a brick barbecue and an outdoor pool. For leisure activities you can also play table soccer
