The Finca Llucamar is a more than 300 years old property, completely restored in 2016, which combines the traditional Majorcan style with modern decoration.
The house is situated on a small hill with magnificent views of the town of Sant Llorenç. It is adjacent to another house, but completely independent from it.
Finca Llucamar has two floors. On the ground floor is a spectacular living room with designer furniture, a beautiful dining table and a large sofa in front of the TV. From the dining room you reach the very spacious kitchen with a large dining table, an American bar, electric cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the kitchen, original elements have been skilfully combined with modern ones.
At the back of the living room, next to the kitchen, is a small room with an antique piano and a staircase leading to the second floor. Next to this room there is also a bathroom with a bathtub, which is connected to the living room and a bedroom. This bedromm has a double bed and access to the garden.
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with an extra-large bed, dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a double shower.
The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with pine trees and native plants around a beautiful pool with stunning views.
