The farm "Can Xisco" is a very special jewel, a country house, a place to relax and enjoy ... a very special experience. The house is very quiet on a hill near the north coast, about 3 km from the small village Ariany, between Petra and Can Picafort. From here you can enjoy magnificent views over Pla i Llevant, a landscape area on the northeast side of Mallorca. Hills and mountains, fertile fields, steep coasts with bays and inlaid sandy beaches, make the landscape a kind of concentrated Majorca. Nowhere else on the Island are all the elements united in the search for a narrow space. The purchase is best done in Petra (1 km) or in Can Picafort (5 km), where you have several supermarkets to choose from.
The farm is located on a quiet lot, completely fenced and completely private. The colorful and well-maintained exterior area resembles a small park. Here you can discover a lot between exuberant plantations and small paths that take us through the garden. For our little guests a true holiday paradise, because there is even a large playground with swing and slide. If you prefer to cool off, you can immerse yourself directly in the cool waters of the saltwater pool (10 mx 6 m). To sunbathe extensively there are plenty of sunbeds available. The pool terrace is also equipped with outdoor shower and garden furniture. A very special highlight is the beautiful barbecue area. As you can see very well in our photo report, you can enjoy a beautiful view as a grill master while turning the steaks over the grill fire. To eat together, retire to the terrace of the protected house.
The rustic interior extends over 232 m² and has been created with much love and detail. Everything is on one level. The spiral staircase leads exclusively to the furnished terrace and the cellar located in the basement. The view of the terrace is beautiful and allows us to breathe deeply. The common living room is divided into an open living room with sofa, satellite TV and fireplace, integrated dining room and a separate kitchen with kitchen bar and all amenities. At the back of the house there is an additional living room with a large sofa and a dining table. Here you can, for example, spend time with sociable board games or plan the next excursion with your travel group.
The desired rest we find in one of the 3 double rooms (2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). All in rustic style and very cozy. The 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and shower and 1 toilet) are shared here. The rooms are equipped with radiators, so that even in the coldest season you can give a pleasant room temperature. Cots and high chairs are provided, you just have to give advance notice. The rural house "Can Xisco" is an excellent place with guarantee of well-being and a lot of privacy.
