Finca Can Talaieta offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (+ 2 Sofabeds in the suites) and is suitable for 12 adults and 4 children. The finca is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens with different terraces and offers a large pool. Special price for up to 10 persons + 2 babys.
This traditional finca for up to 12 adults and 4 children is set in one of the most exclusive areas of Mallorcas south-east coast. Finca Can Talaieta is surrounded by lush gardens and offers splendid views of the countryside. The mansion dates back to the 16th century and has been lovingly restored with attention to detail. Being close to Porto Colom and the south-east cost, which is popular for the romantic bays and fine sandy beaches, this country finca has all it needs to spend the most enjoyable holidays. The Vall d'Or golf course with its splendid views of the sea is nearby and offers a fine dining restaurant with excellent reputation. The area offers a wide variety of activities from hiking to cycling and all water sports facilities like diving, sailing and jet skiing. The beaches are in easy driving distance.
Finca Can Talaieta offers 650 square meter of living area spread over 2 floors. The large entrance-hall is connecting the different wings and living areas.
To the left is a large living room with open fireplace, comfortable lounge and a large flat screen television with satellite TV. Next to the living room is the entrance to the first suite (Duplex) with a separated lounge and terrace, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a double bedroom with adjoining lavatory on the first floor. The Duplex suite is not included in bookings for 10+2 PAX.
To the right of the entrance hall is the second living area with a large and professional kitchen, including 2 fridge/freezers, gas hob, 2 dishwashers etc. The kitchen is open plan, with a counter towards the dining room. The kitchen has an exit to a romantic little patio, which is the ideal place to enjoy a tranquil breakfast. Adjoining the dinner area is another twin bedroom facing its private bathroom (this bedroom has no television).
The dining room has an adjoining small library, which gives access to the second sleeping area on the 2nd floor. It offers 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and air-conditioning. Both bedrooms have their own separated lounge. One has a private, partially shaded terrace and distant sea views. The second bedroom has a large bathroom with shower and a sofa bed for 2 children in the lounge.
A staircase connects the entrance hall with the third sleeping area with two bedrooms en-suite. One of the bedrooms has a small separated lounge, the second bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the pool and the gardens.
The technical features of Finca Can Talaieta are exceptional, with modern kitchen appliances, satellite television in 5 bedrooms and Wifi internet access.
