Summary: We had a lovely stay in Alcudia even though this VRBO was lacking in a few areas. Pros: clean, great pool, easy to communicate via Watsapp, serene, close to restaurants and the old town of Alcudia, kitchen with enough tableware (e.g., wine glasses, cups, plates, etc.) Cons: Air-conditioning in Living Room did not cool the bedrooms, not enough towels, only one toilet paper roll (we had to purchase our own), no shampoo or soap, no instructions or welcome package to orient guests - for example, how to use kitchen appliances and washer outside or where to throw the trash out and no recommendations for places to visit or to have dinner, no trash cans in the bedrooms, no trash bags (we had to buy these as well), no screens on the doors or windows, cannot drink faucet water (this was not specified in the posting), no barbecuing on the property, no bottled water (would be nice to at least have 2 bottles for guests upon arrival); no pool or beach accessories (except for the lounge chairs) **you need to be fully prepared to bring and/or buy everything that you need
