Up to 10 people sleep and live on 260 m² of living space in three spatially separate units in Villa Las Higueras, which was completed in August 2017. This unusual holiday home is therefore also ideal for larger families or friends. Since the entire villa has underfloor heating, you can enjoy your vacation all year round on Las Higueras.
The villa consists of two suites (each about 35 m²) with a bedroom and a separate living area that offers a sofa bed for two additional beds. Each suite has its own bathroom with shower / toilet and window as well as a terrace with a view of nature. The third living area of Las Higueras is a double room with bathroom en suite (approx. 22 m²) and its own access to the spacious veranda.
The loft-like living and dining area (60 m²) is the center of the villa. Generous windows and large sliding doors let the soft Mediterranean light flow in and offer you a breathtaking view of the Tramuntana Mountains on the one hand and the small town of Montuiri and the Randa Mountain on the other. You also have this view from the long dining table, which can seat up to 10 people.
The cozy lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace is the ideal environment for your relaxation, especially in the cooler season. Of course you will also find a flat screen TV with satellite connection, a DVD player, a music system, games and a small library.
