The villa is located in the most residential street of the Calafat urbanization, quiet and 30 meters from the sea, 300 meters walk from the nearest beach.

Day part: living room with 50 "UHD tv, sattelite French TNT channels + Spanish channels, bluetooth speaker, dining room, new fully equipped kitchen: gas hob + extractor, multifunction oven, fridge + 400 l freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, complete assortment of small household appliances (blender, fruit press, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee maker, conventional coffee maker)
Night section: bedroom 1: double bed 160X200, bedroom 2: 2 beds in 90X200 bunk beds with a third pull-out bed in 90X200, bathroom with double sink, Italian shower, wc, bedroom 3: double bed in 140x200.

On the 1st floor level: on the roof of the house with outside access, Rooftop suite with 25 m2 terrace, 160x200 bed bedroom with magnificent communicating bathroom, basin, walk-in shower and wc.

Summary: Unfortunately, without air conditioning the bedrooms were stifling and uncomfortable. Also there are only 2 bathrooms, not 3. The kitchen is well equipped and the outside space and pool were very pleasant, except for the mosquitoes!
