Embedded between the sea and the mountains of Puerto de Pollença, this lovely apartment with terrace can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The beauty that you can admire from the terrace is absolutely amazing, since you will ve accompanied by the great views to the mountains. The terrace is the perfect corner to enjoy your meals outdoors, relax on the two sun loungers or the beach chairs. Next you find the glazed barbecue area with sofas that invites to prepare delicious summer dishes while enjoying an appetiser and you chat all together.
Inside, the living-dining room with AC invites to watch a TV film. The kitchen, that keeps the traditional style of an authentic Mallorcan kitchen, is fully equipped, among many other things, with lots of cabinets, a large countertop, a gas stove, oven, microwave and a table to prepare your best recipes. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms in this apartment, two of them with twin beds, another with a double bed and the last one with a single bed. Three of them offer AC and all feature a closet and direct access to a beautiful balcony. In addition, one of the twin beds room has an en-suite bathroom with a tub and space to prepare a baby cot and a high chair in case you need them. There is a second bathroom with a shower for the whole accommodation. The apartment features gas central heating for the coldest season.
This accommodation is right in the centre of Port de Pollensa, a very lively area specially in the summer thanks to the restaurants, bars and shops around the square. Despite you must be advised of the possible noise of this liveliness, it is at the same time a great place where every Wednesday a beautiful street market takes places where you can acquire fresh local fruits and vegetables. The extensive beach of Port of Pollensa is about 400 metres away and it is perfect for families with children. The villages id backed by the mountains that hide beautiful routes for hiking or biking.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
