It is located 170 meters from the sea and only 1.5 km from the most beautiful beach on the island, "Es Trenc", making it ideal for families with children. The house has a tourist license.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has air conditioning that heats or cools depending on the season.

House description:
There is a beautifully designed open living area from which you can access the sailed terrace through the open kitchen. This is your place in the sun where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning.
On the terrace there is also the modern gas grill for nice barbecue evenings. Everything is ideally placed within easy reach of the kitchen. The huge American refrigerator with ice cube dispenser and chilled fresh water is another highlight. The 55 "SONY Smart TV brings your desired German evening program to your vacation home or provides entertainment for your children.
The sea view roof terrace with a spacious lounge corner is ideal for romantic evenings. The sunset up there with a good glass of wine is breathtaking!
The turquoise blue pool (3x4 m) with the comfortable loungers is the ideal place to relax and invites you to relax.
Surroundings:
The former fishing village Sa Ràpita with its yacht harbor is in a quiet area and probably has one of the most beautiful coastlines on the island. There are no hotels and the place is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. In a few hundred meters walking distance you can reach several great restaurants (all located directly on the sea), an ice cream parlor, two small SPAR supermarkets and the bakery with a nice terrace café. The yacht club is located directly on the beach and also has a great restaurant. Various water sports are offered on the beach. Boats can also be chartered.
Another yacht harbor with restaurant is located in S’Estanyol, just 2 km away. In the nearby town of Campos (9 km) there are ALDI, LIDL and MÜLLER and on Saturdays there is a weekly market worth seeing. In the village of Ses Covetes, 6 km away, S’Embat, one of the most beautiful beach bars on the island, opens its gates from June to October and offers free daily live music with excellent entertainment. The airport is only 37 km away, Palma approx. 42 km.
