The Lyon apartment is a wonderful 55 m2 space located in the residential area of Aucanada, one of the best developments in Mallorca, very close to the beaches of Alcanada and Puerto de Alcudia.
The apartment consists of a bright room with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer that we serve with bath towels.
There is a dining table with capacity for 3 people and a high chair and an L-shaped sofa preside over the living room that is equipped with a large television as well as WIFI throughout the room.
From the living room we access the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker,...), the ideal place to cook the succulent dishes of Mediterranean cuisine with local products that can be bought at the market. Alcudia or in the nearby fish market.

Outside the apartment and going down some stairs we access a wonderful romantic promenade by the sea, where small coves are formed, ideal for bathing in complete freedom. At the end of this walk you will reach the natural beaches of Cala Poncet and Alcanada beach. On the other side and just 1500 meters from the apartment we arrive at Puerto de Alcudia Beach, 13 uninterrupted kilometers of fine white sand and with all tourist services (hammocks, umbrellas, bars, restaurants, water sports,...)
