Summary: The hotel staff were very good. The room was clean and large. The internet connection was poor in our original room but the helpful staff moved us to another room which had a very good connection. The location was good and being a converted old monastery the hotel had lots of character although some things about our room and the hotel generally did seem a bit tired, We did find it disappointing that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room Also the coffee machines at breakfast produced rather strong bitter coffee but breakfast was generally good.
