This charming little house is located in a very desired area of Sóller, since it has the morning sun and is only 5 minutes walking from the main square.The property is located on a dead end street in a quiet area called Cas Panarers. We recommend getting on foot since the access is very narrow and the entrance by car is not advisable. At about 5 minutes walking from the house you can find a parking space.
The house has 90m2 and are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a charming entrance converted into a living room with fireplace and a toilet. After some stairs is the kitchen and the cellars are converted in a siting room / TV room. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor, with a bathroom (en suite). The house has cold / hot air conditioning.
In front of the house, just by crossing the neighborhood road, we find the laundry and also there is a magnificent garden, where you can sunbathe and dine during the summer nights.
