Directly in front of the living area on the ground floor, the larger of the two covered terraces is ideal for cosy meals in the shade. The second terrace is right next to it and conceals the entrance to a separately accessible double bedroom with en suite bathroom. From here, it is only a few steps from the shade to the sunny bathing area.
On the ground floor there is the main living room with a large, comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a small guest bathroom, which is easily accessible directly from the pool terrace.
