First floor:
The apartment is on one floor. There is a large living/dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds (105 cm x 200 cm) and another bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), all mattresses are made of latex. There are also two complete bathrooms, one en suite with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The furnishings are tasteful and of high quality.
Outdoor area:
In the outdoor area there is a private, covered terrace for private use, the communal area has a small pine forest and a lawn, a playground with swings and a pool with another seating area with barbecue. A small side road passes 90 m away. The owners also live on the property, but the pool is only available to guests.
The finca therefore offers the possibility of accommodating a large group of 10 people as well as two different parties of 4 or 6 people. The vacation apartment Lledoner II can also be rented via Finca Mallorca.
Pool: 5 x 10 m, depth: 150 cm, stair and ladder access, sun loungers, parasols, cleaning with salt. The pool can be secured with a fence on request.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
