The villa is located in a safe gated community in one of the nicest and quietest areas of the island.
It is a beautiful property decorated to the highest standard with design furniture and original art. It has a large and airy open-space living room/dining room area opening onto the swimming pool with a unique bridge feature. Around the pool there's an outdoor sheltered lounge area and a large table for dining al fresco as well as four sun lounges, all surrounded by a mature garden on three levels with sea views.
The bedrooms are all very spacious with plenty of storage room, and have access to the garden. There's also a roof terrace with a beautiful views. Two double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower.
There are two further bedrooms and a large family bathroom with bathtub.
The kitchen has a contemporary design and is fully kitted with fridge freezer, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender. There's fast Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a Wii console.
The villa also has a large utility room to keep clutter out of sight and a laundry room with outdoor laundry drying area. Private parking for two cars.
The swimming pool and garden are facing South and enjoy sun all day. The villa is airy and breezy but we do have air conditioning in every room should you want some cooler time.
The house is very easy to run and we also have a printed manual with all the instructions for you. Our managers Nicki and Ismail speak English and Spanish and are ready to sort out any problem you should have.
