The spacious village house on three levels can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It is located in the village of Llucmajor and is extremely quiet, the lively Plaza can be easily reached in less than 3 minutes walk. Lovingly restored, the building still has all the elements of an old Majorcan village house: the large entrance hall with stucco arch, ceiling beams, large staircase, fireplace, vaulted cellar. The interior has been completely modernized, the open kitchen is equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, large fridge, two bathrooms have a shower and bathtub, and the bedrooms are spacious and have a French balcony and direct access to the large roof terrace. Throughout the house there is a heating (central gas and electric heating) and free Wi-Fi and German television and radio. The spacious entrance hall has plenty of room to park your bicycles, golf equipment comfortably and safely.
On the ground-floor terrace with sun loungers and seating area there is a brick barbecue, from here you enter the small garden with garden shed and the highlight: a bathing fountains. The mini pool can accommodate 4 persons, invites to splash around and cool one or a romantic evening aperitif.
Several shops are located locally, the closest bakery is around the next street corner, even Fishmongers, butchers and a weekly market (every Wed, Fri and Sun) is located in close walking distance.
On the Plaza of Llucmajor it is still as in a typical Spanish village: the people sitting in cafe and play cards, the children ride the scooter over the place, everyone knows each other and always has time for a chat.
Many major attractions of the island can be reached in less than 15 to 20 minutes by car, from the bustle of Arenal to the natural beach of Es Trenc and his nudist section. In 20 minutes you reach the capital Palma with its cultural and gastronomic offer. The airport can be reached in just 15 minutes.
