Can Siruana is a renovated town house in the town of Ariany in the center of Mallorca. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an outside bathroom, the house offers enough space for up to 6 people. In the beautiful courtyard there is the 3 x 4 meter swimming pool with a depth of 80 cm - 150 cm, making it ideal for children. There are also 6 sun loungers available. There is also a pool house with a second TV with German satellite TV.All bedrooms have air conditioning (included in the price), two of them with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. A washing machine and a dryer are also part of the facilities. WiFi is available throughout the house. The house is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Primary tenant must be at least 23 years old.
The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely prohibited to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors.
