The finca Casa Cinco is divided on three floors On the ground floor there is the spacious living and dining area with access to the outside terrace, garden and pool. Few steps up on a landing there is the first double bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the middle floor there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms (one of the rooms with direct access to the terrace), a suite with a double room with shower room and separate toilet, and an extra living area with a small kitchen corner and sofa bed. In the attic there are two further double bedrooms, bathroom and living area with TV / stereo and kitchen with dining room. The top floor has its own direct access to pool and private terrace so one does not have to walk through the whole house to reach the gardens. The house is equipped with oil central heating and a fireplace for the winter. In addition, according to modern living comfort, there is TV with DVD and German satellite television, stereo for I Pod.
