DESCRIPTION: The holiday house Albufera is a stylish semi-detached 2-storey house, with a small pool and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The house stands on a nearly 300m2 plot and has a living area of 125m2, plus a covered terrace and a balcony and is situated in the end of Playa de Muro, overlooking the Albufera nature reserve. The beautiful beach of Playa de Muro is only 300m away. The ground floor has a living-dining room with free wifi gratis, Astra satellite TV and air conditioning, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, combination gas / ceramic hob and all small appliances. Moreover, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, one has its own bathroom and balcony. There is also a second bathroom. In the garden there is a private 3x4m pool with 6 sun loungers, a covered terrace with large dining table and a brick barbecue. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This may be not the quickest way but it is the easiest way to get there
1. Airport Son Sant Joan near Palma
You leave the airport Son Sant Joan and take the motorway in direction PALMA (Ma-19)
2. Near Palma - Via Cintura
After 5 km you reach the exit "VIA CINTURA". (Exit Nr. 3). Here you turn right to "VIA CINTURA" ("VIA CINTURA is the motorway surrounding Palma).
3. Exit to Inca / Port d'Alcudia
You drive about 3km on the "VIA CINTURA" until the exit INCA / PORT D'ALCUDIA. (Photo left).
From here you follow the motorway until it ends (approx.39km). You are driving on the Ma-13
4. End of the motorway Autobahn / continue to Alcudia
At SA POBLA you come to the end of the motorway. You however continue driving straight ahead on the Ma-13 for another 7,6km until you reach a roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and continue until the next roundabout. Take the second exit and continue direction Alcudia (Ma-3460). At the next roundabout take the 1nd exit and continue to Port d’Alcudia.
5. In Alcudia
After 1,1km take the first exit in the roundabout and continue at the next roundabout in direction ARTA/CAN PICAFORT Ma-3470.After 3,3km at the next roundabout take the second exit. At the next roundabout (1,1km) (with a anglerhook) you turn right again in direction CAN PICAFORT
6. Almost there...
Second exit at the next roundabout after 150m, then another roundabout at 1,1km and turn right. Now the first left, then the first right and then after the curve it is just a few more meters to the villa.
