The beautiful residential offers a spectacular shared chlorine pool that measures 17 x 3 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 1.9 meters. The attached children pool sizes 3 x 2 meters and the depth is 0.5 meters. So when you return from the beach you can cool off in the pool and then go to the apartment private terrace where you can cook a delicious barbecue. On the other side of the house there is also a porch where you can have a drink at sunset.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, and from the terrace you have direct access to the shared pool. The interior offers bright and cosy spaces such as the living dining kitchen -with AC- where you can watch TV with satellite channels and cook on the ceramic hob. The washing machine is in the kitchen and you will also find an iron and ironing board. In the accommodation, you can rest in 2 bedrooms (both with a fan), one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.
