Welcome to Can Naranjo, a unique holiday home located on a slight hill opposite the picturesque village of Sineu. This idyllic retreat not only offers you comfort and convenience, but also a breathtaking panoramic view stretching from Sineu to the majestic Tramuntana mountain range to the west.
The accommodation
The house itself is a masterpiece of combining modern design and traditional architecture. In Can Naranjo antique elements such as beautiful stucco work, high ceilings and the original stone tiled floor have been carefully preserved and harmoniously combined with contemporary furnishings. When you arrive you will be greeted by an open living and dining area dominated by a cozy fireplace.Here you can spend relaxing hours and enjoy the warmth of the fire.
The kitchen in Can Naranjo is a real eye-catcher and has an extraordinary lighting concept. It is fully equipped and offers you everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The house is equipped with German SAT-HDTV and WiFi throughout the building and on the terrace so you can stay connected. A JBL Bluetooth box is also available for musical entertainment.
On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with a generous double bed (180x200 cm) and a luxurious bathroom that is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling, approximately 2 m² shower with underfloor heating.On the upper floor you will find another bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm).
The highlight of your stay in Can Naranjo is undoubtedly the outdoor terrace. From here you can enjoy the sun all day long on the pool deck, which offers a 4x2 meter overflow pool (depth 1.70 m) with internal stairs and an integrated bench. The pool side is designed so that you can look over the overflow edge to the picturesque village of Sineu. The entire terrace area is lined with warm wood and conveys a feeling of luxury and relaxation.
The covered terrace offers an ideal place for al fresco dining and a cozy chill-out area to linger.Here you will even find a wine fridge to keep your drinks perfectly chilled. If you feel like grilling, there is a small covered annex with a "plancha" grill station. Another bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer as well as a separate toilet ensure that you don't lack anything. Towels for the kitchen, bathroom and pool/beach are also provided.
Can Naranjo's outdoor area has been carefully designed and lit, creating a magical atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The pool has colored lighting effects that make swimming or relaxing in the evening an unforgettable experience.
When you leave the house you can explore the surrounding area.Sineu is a charming village known for its authentic Mallorcan atmosphere. Here you will find traditional restaurants, markets and historical sights. The area is also ideal for hiking and cycling, especially towards the Tramuntana mountain range, which rises majestically before you.

Please note that due to its open architecture and non-child-safe pool, the house is not suitable for families with small children for safety reasons. The main renter must be at least 25 years old. The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors.
