The two-storey house has 300 m2, two bedrooms with twin beds and the others with double beds and bathrooms en-suite. Beside the en-suite bathrooms there’s another separate bath with shower and washing machine. The sitting/dining room invites you to relax on the sofa, watch TV, celebrate a nice dinner with your family and enjoy the Mediterranean flair of the house. In the separate kitchen you can prepare your favorite meals. It is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, cooking utensils, table, chairs, kettle, mixer and much more. The kitchen has access to the terrace and the living room. Our guests love the private pool! It has 10 x 6 meters and its maximum depth is 2 meters. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool. The furnished patio has 30 m2 and invites you to have a long breakfast or a BBQ with friends. The plot is huge, so your children can play, run around and enjoy the nature. There is enough space to park up to 6 cars in the plot. Please keep in mind that we don’t allow pets. The urbanization Cas Concos is about 5 km from the village Felanitx where you find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a medical center and much more. The village is famous for its excellent, Mediterranean wines. By end of September you can visit the traditional wine fair in Felanitx.
