This villa is very private, it is located in a quiet residential area.
There is parking for three cars in front of the house.
This is a lovely villa which has a Mediterranean/ethnic fusion theme throughout.
The garden has a lawn and mature trees and shrubs with two lemon trees The Villa has a large sunny pool (9m by 4m and 1.7m at its deepest)
As you enter the villa there is a spacious entrance hall, to right is the
master bedroom with en suite shower room. To the left is a corridor leading to three bedrooms, a large double room and two twin rooms. there is a large bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning.
Continue down three steps from the entrance hall into the lounge, this is light and airy, with double height vaulted ceilings looking out to the garden, it benefits from a ceiling fan, a large comfortable sofa and chairs as well as inside dining for eight. Free Wifi is provided, as well as USB and bluetooth connection for music. There is freeview Sky TV (reception for Sky is limited in late summer) and a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix.
Leading from the lounge into the spacious kitchen which has all you need for cooking quiet or grand occasions.
Alfresco dining is provided under the shelter of a large covered veranda accessed through the patio windows of the lounge or kitchen door, here there is a large BBQ area. Please note we have removed the voile curtains that are in the photos.
A great view of the pool can be taken from the veranda, good for keeping an eye on the kids, if applicable.
There is ample sunbathing terraces and there are various seating areas under trees, to chill and relax.
Most importantly this villa is not overlooked by the neighbouring plots and is nicely secluded.
Please note we supply linen and towels AND in addition beach towels (to keep your luggage weight down) for free!
We provide free of charge travel cots, high chair and children's plastic crockery utensils and cups as well as toys for young and old in the villa.
There are shops, bars, cafes and restaurants located nearby which is about 5-10 minutes walk away. Binibeca's white sand beach is about 6/8 minutes walk away dependant on pace.
We recommend a car, but it is not essential, a good alternative is the touristic road train that runs from Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima. There are a larger selection of shops and supermarkets 15 minutes away in St. Lluis and the capital of Mahon, boasting the Europe's second deepest natural harbour (and great shopping!), which is only 20 minutes away.
