Spectacular Majorcan townhouse with private pool where 6 guests will spend an excellent and deserved vacation in Vilafranca de Bonany.
The backyard of this traditional house will become your paradisaical oasis during your vacation. You will find an excellent lawn area where the little ones can play. If they prefer, they can also make use of the children's games available. The terrace has a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfasts in the morning admiring the orange trees and breezing the scent of the blossom during the spring, and bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers or maybe beneath the shade of the parasol. After that, the amazing private chlorine pool will be your best ally to fight the heat. It sizes 12 x 5 metres and its water depth ranges from 0.8 to 2 metres, so it is also perfect to swim some lengths. Once by the house, you find the fantastic furnished porch where you can enjoy your daily meals at the table with chairs or a flute of champagne in the evening on the exterior sofa and armchairs. The house is in the centre of the town and there are direct neighbours.
The house comprises two floors boasting a rustic style highlighted in the stone walls, wooden beams and the great modern decoration with touches of colour everywhere that will make you feel at home. When entering from the street you find a spacious hall full of beautiful details coming from another age that is separated from the living area by a great arch, typical in the Majorcan architecture. The amazing living room of stone walls, wooden elements and warm and cosy colours is dominated by the wood stove, perfect for the coldest days. Here you can relax on the armchairs and sofa together with your loved ones while watching the TV-Sat (only English channels). Next to the living area, you find the dining area with a strong wooden table and room for 6 people. And then, the kitchen is behind a little arch and equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc. In addition, there is another dining room with a barbecue where you can cook succulent grilled meals. A shower bathroom completes the main floor and there is another shower bathroom upstairs. Regarding the bedrooms, our guests will choose among 3. Two of them are on the first floor of the house, one with a double bed, closet and AC and the other with twin beds, closet, fan and exit to a lovely terrace with views to the backyard, the pool and even the town. The last bedroom is at the end of the backyard and next to the pool. It offers two single beds and a fan. Of course, we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The house is equipped with oil central heating for the winter season (not for the bedroom outside). Finally, the house features a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Vilafranca de Bonany is a beautiful town belonging to the Pla of Mallorca and well-known thanks to the production of melons. The town offers all the needed services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The main tourist appeals are the church of Santa Barbara and ca Ses Monges. There are other towns not far away that also are worth a visit like Petra or Manacor. In relation to the beaches, the nearest ones are those of the eastern Majorca, being Porto Cristo the handiest, about 26 km away. It is a large beach with fine sand and sided by a beautiful promenade full of trees. Other beautiful beaches like Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica or the stunning Cala Varques aren't far away either.
