No car is required and you will have all the necessary facilities practically around the corner!Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor and has been completely renovated to include the most modern facilities and a contemporary design. The interiors are spacious, airy and cosy, perfect for unforgettable holidays. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds and 1 double, as well as 2 family bathrooms with shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all the most modern appliances and a dining table for 6 people. The large patio doors lead to the open terrace next to the pool, with a dining table and barbecue. The living room, once again with air conditioning, has a comfortable leather sofa and a flat-screen television.On the outside, the most exclusive feature of a house in this location is the incredibly large swimming pool. It has a sunbathing terrace with loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. But with the perfect sandy beach just around the corner, the choice will be difficult: pool or beach?Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.The tourist tax is included in the rates.Information to bear in mind:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property.
