Incredible bungalow with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms in front of the sea. We are pleased to offer this completely renovated house. Bungalow located in the quiet and peaceful area of Amarilla Golf in the Ocean Ridge complex. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, large living room with access to a large terrace with incredible views. From the terrace there are incredible views of the sea and the mountains. The house has 75 m2 interior and a terrace of 25 m2. Very quiet and very careful complex. The complex has a heated community pool. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
A perfect place for those looking for a quiet place and still unspoiled area of the island of Tenerife, while at the same time are close to areas of high activity. Golf course less than 200 meters and Marina Amarilla Marina 10 minutes walk. Very well located, with easy access to the main highway, 10 minutes by car from the Tenerife South airport and only 10 minutes by car from the main tourist cities of Tenerife of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. Behind the property there is a protected nature area and in front of the house there is a small beach of Callao and the famous green puddle of Archiles.
Within walking distance there is a promenade that goes to the Amarilla Marina where you can book excursions to dive, see dolphins go by submarine and other water sport activities. The complex is also surrounded by two golf courses, which are Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur, with 18 and 27 holes respectively.
