All on one level the property consists of two houses; the newly built main house and an older guest house that has been very nicely restored maintaining its Menorcan character. The newer part has a comfortable living room, dining room, a modern kitchen, guest loo and an en-suite bedroom with its own air-conditioned sitting room and dressing room. This part of the house is built in a U-shape so that all rooms have access to the outdoor patio, the perfect place for alfresco dining and lazy breakfasts. The older part of the villa also has a fabulous sitting room with sea views and air conditioning unit, three bedrooms (two with ceiling fans) and two bathrooms.
