Surrounded by spectacular views, from the sunrise above the sea to the Tramuntana mountains at the other side, the property offers peace, tranquillity and privacy, but at the same the nearby beaches are within easy reach by car in a 15 min drive. The estate covers 7000 m². The house itself has 240 m² and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, one bathroom with a shower and a separate WC, the kitchen has a ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine and to the side of the kitchen is the living/dining-room with a fireplace. There is central heating, SAT TV and WiFi.
The typically mediterranean garden includes lemon trees and rosemary bushes. The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 meters and is surrounded by numerous easy-chairs, loungers and umbrellas to sunbathe and relax. Near the swimming pool there is a roofed terrace with a barbecue to enjoy meals al-fresco.
