Villa Estrella is a delightful villa situated in the much sought after resort of Binibeca and it is only a few minutes walk away from restaurants, supermarkets, the beautiful beach at Binibeca as well as the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell.
The villa has had extensive renovations in 2020 and now has a new open plan kitchen with integrated appliances and a kitchen island. Three new walk in shower rooms. A new pool and pool terrace as well as many other improvements.
Inside the villa is light and spacious. The entrance hall leads to the lounge / dining area, which is equipped with two sofas, air con, plus dining table and chairs.
The new kitchen is very well equipped with electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and additional small fridge. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washing machine and exterior clothes drying area.
Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with wardrobes, air con, and direct access to the pool and garden area. As well as a master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, air con, ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with walks in shower, toilet and sink. This bedroom also has direct access to an exterior terrace adjacent to the garden and pool area.
On the ground floor there is also another shower room with walk in shower, toilet, and sink.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, air con, fitted wardrobes and access to a private terrace area, and a further twin bedroom with wardrobes and air con.
Sliding doors from the lounge lead directly out on to a covered terrace which is furnished for summer living with exterior sofas and a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
In front of the terrace is the pool and private garden with high hedging and large lawn. There is a BBQ and exterior shower (hot and cold water).
The new swimming pool is approx. 9 x 4 metres with Roman steps and sun beds are provided.
There is private off road parking to the front of the villa.
