Plenty of local restaurants cafés, bars ,supermarket, shops, beach bars, etc all within easy walking distance ideal for families or friends wishing to stay very close to the beach.

The villa is located on the water front at Calle Colon, La Zenia beach. very easy to find and only 3 minutes drive from AP7 motor way exit (junction 763 - La zenia) . La Zenia is an established area with a large popular Blue flag Beach with sunbeds for hire, beach bar , childrens play area and water sports . several other beaches (Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca) all within easy walking distance .plenty of local restaurants and cafes and bars, 2 supermarkets, bank, shops etc all within easy walking distance. the town centre of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes drive. Taxi & Bus services available with pick up point (5 minutes walk away)
Both Alicante and Murcia international airports are 50-55 minutes drive away.
