Completely renovated with the highest standards, the villa offers direct access to the rocky bay of Cala Carbó, while the coastal town of Cala Sant Vincenç, with its fine sandy beach, is just a few minutes' walk away.Inside, the villa is distributed across different levels and has a total of 4 bedrooms. There is a living room with satellite TV, DVD, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds/en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed (these two bedrooms share a bathroom). The villa offers impressive sea views and Cala San Vicente views from most rooms (which is romantically illuminated at night).The exterior terrace of approximately 70 m² with a unique sea view, the natural stone barbecue, the outdoor kitchen, the wide teak wood panels and the living room invite the guest to spend unforgettable hours under the Mallorcan sun enjoying the impressive views.The steps lead to the large main terrace of 120 m² with a private pool.
