The house forms part of a former possession, completely reformed in 2015, conserving its rustic style. Breakfasting on the terrace, surrounded by nature and tranquillity, is a relaxing experience. A gravel area surrounds the pool and include sun loungers, sofas, a parasol and an exterior shower. The 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m x 1.9m is private. Kids will enjoy the children's' pool (depth: 0.6m). The rustic porch is a nice spot for having a barbecue with friends and family. The plot is fenced, and although there's one neighbor, you'll enjoy total privacy.
Indoors, the rooms are decorated in a modern-rustic way. When entering, you'll be in the living room with satellite TV (channels in Spanish and German). The kitchen is small but well equipped, including a gas stove. There's a dining table and you can step outside to the terrace whenever you want. At Manacor center, you can try delicious traditional majorcan food at one of its fantastic restaurants, or go shopping. For golf lovers, you can play at La Reserva Rotana, only 1.4 km distance. The property is well connected, so you can easily visit different beaches like Porto Colom, Cala Magrana, Calas de Mallorca or Sa Coma. We highly recommend Cuevas del Drach caves.
