Can Corazón is a very charming country house (gite/cottage) in loft style and is most suitable for people who need a good rest and who love peace and nature, but at the same time, don’t want to be too far away from villages, restaurants and beaches.
The cottage is one of the two “casas” which are built on a private piece of land of 30.000 m2. Both houses have separate gardens with 100% privacy each. Only the entrance to the land is shared with us.
The cottage (100m2) is situated in the middle of a beautiful garden, forest and farm land. The garden and terrace, another 120m2 surrounds the house.
The back side of the house is surrounded by a garden and forest (a nice little walk) and the entrance and front side of the house is surrounded by a private garden and a terrace. The area is surrounded by farm land and forest.
The house is divided in two large light spaces; in the first part, (entrance) large kitchen with dining area and in the second part of the house the living room with large sleeping area. There is NO separate bedroom but 1 large space in loft-style, very comfortable for a couple, a third person or child can sleep on the large sofa-bed. Baby-cot availeble. Separate a large bathroom with bath and shower, two wash basins a washing machine and the toilet. Hair dryer.
The kitchen is provided with a stove, oven, drinking water tap, fridge, coffee maker, etc.
In front of the house, under the porch, there is a chill out area with two comfi couches, a large table, barbeque and 2 sun beds with sun umbrellas.
All in the Ibiza rustic and natural style.
The countryside surroundings are mostly populated by authentic farmers living in their typical Ibicencan farm houses. There are no noisy tourist areas nearby. Before arriving to the house you drive through beautiful, original Ibicencan farm land, this narrow street has not changed much in the last 60 years since tourism started.
The house is only a couple of "car-minutes" away from the nearest beach Cala Nova, (or a nice 30 min. walk through the forest) And you will find a large choice of nice beach "chirinquitos" and restaurants very near by. Close by beaches are; Cala Llenya, Cala Boix, Auguas Blancas, Pou des Leo, Cala San Vicente, Cala Martina, Cala Pada and many more.
The house is only 2 km. away from the village of San Carlos where the famous hippie market Las Dalias is held every Saturday during the day and on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday in the evening.
San Carlos has many nice restaurants and bars for a small snack.
The larger village on the coast, Santa Eulalia del Rio is 5km. away, amazing dining, shopping and an evening stroll alongside the beach of the town, you won't be dissapointed here ;-). Ibiza town, 18km. Big supermarkets are close by.
Many nice “campo” and "Agro-Turismo" Hotel/ Restaurants are in the near area. Agro turismos are famous for their Spa facilities and gourmet kitchens. And we will help you with any other information you need while here with us.
