The apartment Arzak is a first-floor with lift and faces a large interior courtyard. It"s located in a completely renovated (2009) 6-storey building. The original stone façade was retained and the interior fully equipped and beautifully appointed throughout.
The apartment features oak floors, fully furnished designer kitchen, heating, remote control window blinds, and plasma TV. The large windows in the living room and bedrooms let in plenty of natural light. The apartment is distributed over 95 square metres of living space. The open plan living and dining area is light, spacious -more than 30 sqm- and airy. This space leads directly on to a 60 sqm terrace.

The apartment Arzak doesn"t have a garage and the parking situation in the area is difficult and expensive. If you"re coming to San Sebastian by car we can reserve for you a parking spot at a nearby car park when you make your apartment reservation.
