The property is located on a quiet hill near the north coast, about 4 km from the small town of Ariany, between Petra and Can Picafort. From here you can enjoy magnificent views over Pla i Llevant, a landscape area on the northeast side of Mallorca. Hills and mountains, rugged coasts with bays and fine sandy beaches make the landscape a kind of concentrated Mallorca. Nowhere else on the island will you have all these elements combined for the enjoyment of your sight.
The property is located on a quiet, completely fenced and completely private plot. Free mountain bikes are provided for excursions, including 4 mountain bikes and even a bicycle seat for children, making it fun to go cycling with the whole family. The colorful and well-maintained outdoor area resembles a small park with spectacular gardens. Here you can discover a lot among lush plantations and paths that lead us through the garden. For our young guests, it is a real holiday paradise, because there is even a large playground with swing and slide. If you prefer to cool off, you can dive directly into the crystal-clear waters of the saltwater pool (10 m x 6 m). There are plenty of sun loungers available for sunbathing. The pool terrace is also equipped with an outdoor shower and garden furniture. A very special highlight is the beautiful barbecue area. As seen in our photo reportage, you can enjoy being a master of the grill with a beautiful view while turning the steaks over the grill fire. For eating together, you can retire to the covered terrace of the house.
The rustic interior extends over 232 m² and has been created with great love and detail. Everything is on one level. The spiral staircase leads exclusively to the furnished terrace and the cellar located in the basement. The views from the terrace are beautiful and will make you sigh deeply. The common living room is divided into an open living room with a sofa, satellite TV, and fireplace, integrated dining area, and a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar and all the amenities. At the back of the house, there is an additional lounge with a large sofa and a dining table. Here you can, for example, spend time with sociable board games or plan the next excursion with your travel group.
The desired rest will be found in one of the 3 double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds). All in a rustic style and very cozy. It has 2 bathrooms (1 with a bathtub and 1 with a shower) plus a toilet. The rooms are equipped with radiators, so that even in the coldest season, a pleasant room temperature can be provided.
