Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location, family and student/university neighborhood without the tourist crowds. Two blocks from the Turia gardens, which makes for easy access to the whole city. The bedrooms were spacious and bright, useful entryway with coat rack. The kitchen was a good size with a large refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. Overall, the apartment was great for a three week stay.

Negative: The living room furniture was functional but somewhat cheap and uncomfortable. An upgrade to commercial quality furniture would make this a better rental. The kitchen needs more basic utensils: we bought tea/coffee mugs, a cutting board, place mats for the glass table, serving bowl, and tea pot. Water damage in the bathrooms should be repaired, and simple corner shields would prevent water from leaking all over the floor.

Summary: We had a wonderful three week stay. With some basic upgrades, this place would merit a score of 10
