Summary: It should be noted that if you book a studio, while its says rooms come with a balcony, it is an internal balcony / garden room i.e. essentially a room with windows. This was not clear on the website and the hotel were kind enough to offer me an alternative room. The staff were incredibly helpful, but i travelled in october at the end of the season, any earlier they would have been unlikely able to accommodate my request.
