Negative: Lack of communication we were calling the number given to access the apartment for 20 minutes before door was finally opened. We had booked for 3 people but it took another call to the company to locate the extra bedding which was in a locked unit. The Lack of an extra key for the door was hassle for our daughter who had to co ordinate with us if she needed to go back to the apartment. Also the hassle of having to use a key to turn on the power which had to be turned off each time we left the property. None of these things ever happened before in our many times using booking.com
