Here you can not only look out towards the pool while preparing your meal, but also step straight out through the glass door onto the covered terrace with its large dining table.
To the left of the entrance area is the modern living/dining room. The huge windows almost create a conservatory atmosphere! Two chic, bright bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a barrier-free double shower are also located on this level. Another living room awaits you on the upper floor, where you can relax on the large sofa and watch TV. A wide range of shopping facilities can be reached in just 15 minutes in Manacor with its large supermarkets and small shops or in 12 minutes in pretty Vilafranca to the weekly market.
