The gleaming white Villa Roure de Alcudia combines everything you need for a dream holiday on Mallorca under one roof. This holiday home for eight guests scores highly in the outdoor area alone: A private pool within a residential area, which is not a matter of course, is just as much a part of the paradisiacal ambience as an inviting sun terrace with comfortable loungers. The gnarled old olive tree a few steps up creates a classic Mediterranean atmosphere. The dining table is also elevated, right next to the house, from where you have an excellent view of the pool and at the same time a pleasantly short walk into the house. In the evening, you will certainly feel like firing up the brick barbecue and preparing culinary delights over the embers. A terrace on the upper floor rounds off the range of outdoor seating and offers wonderful views as far as the sea.
The interior continues to be wonderfully flooded with light. Straight lines, bright and harmonious colours and shapes are the order of the day here. In addition to the entrance area, there is a beautiful living/dining room on the ground floor as well as a kitchen, which is of course fully equipped and shines in the trendy white style. There is even space for an additional dining table. Three aesthetically designed double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and a second bathroom are also located on this living level, which has a very special effect thanks to the glass cube. The fourth bedroom, also with its own bathroom, is located on the upper floor. From here you have access to the aforementioned terrace, where you can also celebrate your first coffee in the morning.
