location its great, just around 13 minutes walking distance to ibiza town and harbor and only 5 minutes walking distance to Talamanca beach,
2 minutes to ibiza grand hotel (5 starts hotel) and Lio and
many other restaurants and bars &very well-known clubs
place its furnished and well equipped with hi speed wi-fi internet, flat screen tv, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and everything is brand new,
