Welcome to this great house with terrace in the residential area of Son Serra de Marina where 6 guests will find their second home near the beach.
The cosy porch and the attached terrace of this beautiful beach house invite to relax. You'll find a table with chairs at the porch where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning and a delicious meal later. Next, the terrace with 2 sunloungers is the perfect place for sunbathing or for a good reading, feeling even the sea breeze. In fact, when it's really hot, the exterior shower will help you cool down but you better head to the beach that is only a few steps away.
Inside, the great living room meets you. It features 2 spaces, one to sit and enjoy a chat with your loved ones maybe with a cup of coffee, and the other with a comfortable chaise longue where you can watch the TV-sat. Next you enter the dining kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and all you need to cook. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are here.
