Its two large terraces give a lot of play, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a cozy atmosphere. It has a full bathroom and a toilet and elevator with direct access to the apartment located on the third floor, large living room and kitchen. All the rooms give the exterior providing natural lighting throughout the house and good ventilation.
The property is located in a private complex with parking only for residents and a square with benches. The pool does not belong to the building although it is right next door. To use it you can get a bonus with a cost of € 25 at the municipal sports office of Águilas. This complex has a terrace bar, gardens and paddle tennis court all just two minutes from the beach.
