It sizes 15 5 meters and has a depth that goes from 0.5 to 2 meters. You can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds around the swimming pool or enjoy other precious corners in the within where you can relax and disconnect.The 45 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of the building.Inside you will find all comforts for a nice stay. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen share a comfortable space. It counts with a comfortable sofa where you can watch the TV Sat and a dining table for 3 people. The Kitchen has a ceramic hob and the basic equipment to cook. The only bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom, a closet and a fan. The sofa turns into sofa bed for the third guest. A cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby. There is a shared laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The apartment is within a property very close to Arta, where you can visit the weekly street market on Mondays and where you will find all services for an independent stay.
