Ground floor apartment, with communal pool and garden, just 50 meters to the beach.
Located in the Punta Romana building, known for its magnificent views, its pleasant garden area and swimming pool. The apartment is 50 meters away from the Cala de la Creu, and 150 meters from the historic center of L'Escala, where you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. It is the ideal place to forget the car.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed plus a single bed. A bathroom with shower, kitchen with basic utensils (pots, pans, utensils ...) and living room with access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and contemplate the sea. The apartment also has an open parking space ideal for vans (measures 5 meters).
In total 5 people can be accommodated: in a double bed (1.50m) and three single beds.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (300€) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
