Beautiful villa in Denia just 150m from the sea. The 600 m² plot is fully fenced. The garden has a wide variety of plants, palm trees and lawn. The pool is 7x4 m with a Roman staircase with a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum of 1m and an outdoor shower. Access to the property is through a covered terrace with garden furniture.
Once inside, we find the living-dining room with a ceiling fan, satellite TV with a flat screen. For winter months, the house has central gas heating and a fireplace to warm the house. Next to the living room is the fully renovated and equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, etc.
The house has a master bedroom with 90cm beds joined together and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub where the washing machine is located. The second bedroom has two individual 90cm beds joined together. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Opposite the room is another bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have mosquito nets.
Outside, a spiral staircase leads to an upper terrace with incredible views.
Parking is within the plot.
The distance to the beach is 450m. There are also bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. The distance to Denia is 8 Km.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
